The following outlines the policies and procedures that apply to all non Pro Circuit, EASC, and sponsored non seasonal ladders on GameBattles. It is very important that you read and understand the following if you are planning to participate in the upcoming season and/or the current Spring 2010 season playoffs.

The Spring Season 2010 ends on June 30th, 2010 at 9:00PM EST. Shortly thereafter, the Summer Season 2010 will be launched site wide and you will immediately be able to play in the new season. All of your team's historical stats, roster and information carries over. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CREATE A NEW TEAM. However, you will still need to enroll your team in the new season.

For those interested in the playoffs:
•The Official Roster Lock Date is Tuesday, June 15th, 2010 at 9:00 PM EST.
•Roster changes including invites, gamertag and role changes will be prohibited, NO EXCEPTIONS, after this time.
•Any player that is updated after the Roster Lock Date is ineligible for playoffs.
•Your team must have played a minimum of 5 matches in the month of June to be eligible for Playoffs.
•Minimum roster sizes per Ladder for your arena are posted in the provided link below.

•Teams created after the Roster Lock Date are not affected; however, they are also ineligible for playoffs.
•Playoff Bracket sizes are also posted below.
Note: Playoffs are being ran on the main ladder of each game only and some doubles ladders. Meaning, team based games such as Call of Duty will receive a playoff for the Team Ladders. If you are a participant on a ladder that is not considered the main ladder for the game you play on or one of the few doubles ladders, the first place team at the end of the season will be considered the season champion and will receive an achievement.

Within the next 15 days, we will be releasing Playoff Rules and Settings along with Gametypes that will be used in Playoff Matches. Each playoff round will have predetermined gametypes that each team will have to play. Those specific gametypes will be released prior to the end of the season.

The bracket sizes and minimum number of required players, in detail, can be found here. If your team does not meet these requirements, your team will not be eligible to be seeded into the Playoff Brackets.

If teams cannot agree on the number of players in a match, the minimum number of required players will be used.

Remember, there are only limited playoff spots available, so get your final roster together and start battling!

The new start of the GB cycle would be a fine time to add other games to our competition list...

Yeah, I'm keeping an eye on this from a MAG point of view. I will see what the next cycle brings for MAG.

Although I do have a question, that someone more experienced with GB might be able to answer. Can a GB be registered to multiple games, or do you simply have to register a different team with the same name for each game. If the later is true does GB do anything to gather the results of teams with the same name?

Fall_Line you have to make separate teams for separate games. It also doesn't gather the information of team with the same names and the only way you can see them all together is the GB rank which each individual person has.

I also don't mind helping to create an RDR GB team for next season.

Great ideas guys...it will be great to have gamesbattles teams for each game. Let's kick this off as soon as next season starts.
