| Well, then it still could've been a different tie had we made that goal that bounced out, instead of in off the near post late in the second half. I forget the striker's name. I think England got lucky...they do not have that great a team this time around. Watching the defense and tackles by the US showed a much improved and tactical squad. England looked...I don't know, unhinged. We should have beat them. Don't expect us to advance though much further. Brothers in Arms we be... | |

| Agree Starbug, Football (soccer) is mind-numbing. As a Welshman, I was only allowed to support 2 teams when I was growing up... 1. Wales (mainly in Rugby) 2. Anyone who plays against England!!! | I'm English but I actually think the England is giantly over hyped. They only have 4 world class players (Gerrard, Lampard, Terry and Rooney) and everyone else doesn't really compare. From seeing USA's performance I hope they finish top of the group since England really doesn't deserve it. | |
